signed in but cannot edit

im signed in to my paid subscription but when i go to edit i receive no edit options just gives me a "learn more" tab that takes me to subscription options. I have the subscription.

any thoughts?

What kind of subscription do you have? There are a number of different subscriptions that Adobe offers, so it'd important to know what exactly it is that you are paying for.

The usual cause of this is subscribing, but still using Acrobat Reader. You have to stop that and install Acrobat Pro instead.
