Signed in from our cloud server and did not have the edit option. We have Adobe Pro DC and can edit pdf's from our stand alone server but when signing in from cloud server it does not give us the options.

‌You mention servers, which is confusing as normally the only cloud servers mentioned belong to Adobe. Are you just talking about two computers, with server OSs on them, each of which is being used as a regular workstation by a person sat in front of them? Or is there more than this? Eg sharing or automating Acrobat?
