Hello all,

Please could you help?

Last week, my PC had Windows 10 updates and since then, I have been having issues: I cannot go to my desktop storage, I cannot save nor save as my document (already in PDFs)...It looks like it searches: a box with 4 squares in grey and blue appear but it is not responding at all.

I really need this as I work with DC everyday (I work for myself and I am the only one employee) and I have not been able to do anything with DC for 3 full days.

Help please!

Thanks all.

Open up Acrobat's preferences, then go to the "General" tab and turn off the two "Show online storage..." options. Does this change the behavior when you try to save?
