Sometimes plugins do not load
When we replaced Acrobat for development with the latest DC, our own plug-ins, which had been working properly, would not load and the "Plug-ins" menu would not appear.
It does not always fail to load, but seems to be more likely to occur at first startup; it will load correctly after restarting Acrobat.
At first I thought it was only happening on x64, but it seems to happen on 32-bit as well if you have a subscription version of DC.
Is anyone else having a similar problem?
My version is 2022.001.20117/Continuous Release/x64 and x86/Windows.
