Split a two page view into one for book reviews

I have a pdf file that shows my book with two pages in one page.  For editing purposes, I need to split those into a single page view.  In other words I have two pages in each page view for a total of 119 pages.  By splitting up those pages 119 now becomes 238 separate pages.  How can I do that on Acrobat PRO?
