Need to split large PDFs into smaller PDF parts i.e. pdf.part1 pdf.part2. Can anyone help me?

To split PDF into two or multiple part, you can try an easy manual trick that doesn't require any third-party paid software. You can use your Adobe Acrobat Pro tool for that. Adobe Acrobat Pro (full version) supports a built-in feature for splitting PDF files into multiple parts. How? You can read this blog post shared for more information: PDF Split and Merge is Now Easy For You | N. Sem's Blog

I hope this would be helpful. Remember, there's no need to purchase any third-party paid tool.

Thanks and best regards.

Do you know of any third party tools that will extract or split the folders.  For example, we have client portfolios with a folder for each year.  We would like to make each folder its own pdf or portfolio.  As there are tens of thousands of portfolios, We will need to automate the process.

Splitting regular PDFs and splitting portfolios are two very different things.

I might be able to develop for you a tool that does what you need, but I'll need to know some more details about what the scenario is exactly and how you want it to work. Contact me privately if you wish to discuss it further.

I need to split 3 pages out of a 25 page pdf, but i is making 3 single pages. How do I take those 3 pages out to make a new combined pdf of just those 3 pages together?

You can select just the pages you want in the Pages panel on the left and then drag them and drop into a folder to create a new file with just those pages.

Or you can save the pages you've extracted and then use the File - Create - Combine multiple files into a single PDF command to merge them as a new file.

I don't have a page panel on the left? I have a panel on the right and I choose Organize pages, is that correct?

Split based on what? Also, what application do you have? Adobe Acrobat? Adobe Reader? And what exact version?
