Start adobe after pdf creation and run macro to sign form and place on a defined place

Hi

How can I make Adobe Reader to start in Fill & Sign mode, with the signature window opened, ready to let the customer sign? And after signing, the sign getting placed on a defined place on the PDF? I think about a macro solution or javascript, but how to implement?
