Started Photoshop at initial screen said my registration.

Question

Acrobat said to start another Adobe product to verify registration. I started Photoshop and the intial screen said my registration number is not valid. How do I fix this? The registration is valid.

Hi joeln16479815,

The reason you are getting message wrong serial number, because the serial number belongs to Suite, not for the individual product.

To active Acrobat and other products follow the below-mentioned steps.

Launch PhotoShop. Click on the Help menu.
Choose Deactivate. make sure you are connected to the internet.
Launch PhotoShop again and try activating the product using the suite serial number.
Close PhotoShop and then launch again.
Now try launching Acrobat. That should resolve your problem.
