If you also have a creative cloud app this seems to be a bug with no current solution.

Hi stellao26749757 ,

Please try this step :- Acrobat > Edit > Preferences > General > under messages from Adobe uncheck the option for 'show messages when I launch Acrobat Acrobat Pro' & 'Don't show messages while viewing a document' ,then ok & relaunch the application.
