Stuart's Problem with lack of Adobe serial number

I have Adobe Acrobat XI.  The Adobe software was pre-installed on my laptop when I bought it.  I do not have a serial number.  However, just today a message appears on my screen on start up that a serial number is required.  I cannot start using Adobe and the website is no help.  Any suggestions?

I moved your question to the Acrobat forums.

Did the application come with your computer when you bought it? If so, you should be able to get the s/n from the retailer.

Without it there's nothing you can do about this issue.
