Submit Form - Customizing Email that is sent

I am wondering if there is some customization I can do to the email that is sent when the submit form button is selected. I have been able to edit the subject and body message but I would also like to ask Outlook to send the email from a department inbox account, rather than the employee's own account. Is this possible?

Thanks!

The Answer is Yes, if the form is submitted to a server-side script such as PHP or ASP.net. The server-side scripts are capable of sending the form using any SMTP account without client side email software such as OUTLOOK.

No, you can't do anything to control that in the PDF file. It's up to the preferences of the user in their local application.
