Subscription online and on app

Hi

I have Adobe Acrobat DC that is paid for by my oranisaion activated on my account but when I log into the iPhone app with the same account it asks me to purchase the subscription to edit PDF's etc. (£9.99)

How do i get the app to realise I already have a it paid for on desktop and I just need the app to work the same. Or is the subscription not transferrable to IOS device?
