Hi All,

i want to make a survey in Indesign and save it as an interactive pdf. Is there any way in Acrobat to assign a value to checked checkboxes only and add these values with the results in a separate field?

Sure. You apply the export values under the field's Properties, Options tab, and then you could use them in a calculation of a text field, by going to that field's Properties, Calculate tab and selecting them from the list of fields under the Sum option.
