Text dropping out while replacing a page

In Acrobat 9.5.5 I have a 44 page magazine. When I go to replace page 8, there is some text that is dropping out.

Could anyone please explain how this could have happened. I know for sure the text is not set to overprint.

I forgot to mention, the text is already converted to outlines.
