Text Edited PDF Gone HELP!

HELP! I was done editing a PDF (finally) yea!!! I was changing a couple PDF's and when I chose one of the fonts it kicked me out and took my PDF with it! I no longer have the acrobat icon on bottom of the screen with all the other icons on my macbook. This took hours and hours and hours. Can anyone please help me? PLEASE!!! I should have left it alone.

Hi notechsav ,

Please provide the Application version & OS  installed on your system.

Also check if there is any update available for the application to get install ('Help> Check for Updates')

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Would like to know is this happening with all the documents or with certain files.

Are you able to edit other files without make any changes in the fonts.
