ThaI tried to ask a simple question about putting a policy in the toolbar to easily apply to documents on the fly, but I don't see where my question ended up.

I need to know how to put a security policy in the toolbar to easily add the security policy to a bunch of documents.  I had the ability in Acrobat 8.  Now that the IT Department has installed Acrobat 11 in my desktop, I can't seem to replicate the feature.  Please help!
