Hi ,

Please specify the version of Acrobat along with OS in use.

What exactly happens when you try to combine files?

What office version do you work on?

Do you get any error message ?

Please replicate the issue with sample file and see if that works.

Please try to updater acrobat and see how it goes.

If on window,please repair it and see if that fixes the issue.

I have windows 8 and Microsoft office 16. When I try to combine files. It converts just one spreadsheet to PDF and sometimes it starts the process but it does not finish. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the adobe and it did not work, also I repaired.  I called technical support yesterday and they checked, repair and I still have the problem.  I paid more than $400 for the software and I have been using it for one year with no problem but now is not working.
