the new automatic update of acrobat with acrobat pro dc prevents me to acces to acrobatXI

an window open propose to buy or try the new version of pro dc but I can't try this version.

when I click on try new version I come back this window

In my account on adobe the number licence paid for acrobat PRO XI by card is not visible

do you have a trial of acrobat dc?if not, uninstall acrobat dc and acrobat xi (after securing your xi serial number).then reinstall acrobat xi using your serial number to activate.
