The operation failed because Adobe Acrobat DC encountered an unknown error

When I click on "Fill & sign" and insert my signature on a PDF I am unable to save the PDF file on my Mac.

I've updated Adobe Acrobat DC to the latest version:

Architecture: x86_64

Build: 15.16.20041.186621

AGM: 4.30.63

CoolType: 5.14.5

JP2K: 1.2.2.36256

I am a paid subscriber.

I am able to sign and save PDF files on my PC.

Hi unskinnybob

You are using the Acrobat Reader application which is a free service.

If you have Adobe Acrobat subscription , you can install the application from this link: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

However you can still save PDF form using Acrobat Reader.

Could you please share the exact steps you do when you get this error message. Also let us know the dot version of Mac OS.
