the programs HANGS when (MAKING a pdf) from a banking web site.

I have PROVEN it is NOT the browser. (tried the big 3)

(was perfect in 8 or 8.1 now NOT working 10.)

(using EXACT SAME software disc in 8 and 10)

(Acrobat XI AND updated checked)
