The Text callout is not working on all my devices

Hi,

 

The text callout feature is not working on all the devices. When I use the text callout, the text and the graphics disappear. This behavior is on my devices where Adobe Acrobat Pro is installed. 

 

I uninstalled the 32 bit version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and installed the 64 bit version but the problem persists.

 

Thank you for your support to get this issue fixed as it impacts my productivity.

Please be more specific about which devices?

 

Are you referring to mobile devices, such as tablets running with Windows 11 for Arm64 processors?

I've tried to recreate the issue on a notepbook with Windows 11 Home edition , version 22H2 ,  and using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC , Continuous Release, version 2023.008.20458.

 

Not having that issue.

 

Is Acrobat installed on each computer and sign in on each of those devices with te same Adobe ID?

 

Is this happening with every PDF document or is it a shared PDF that is viewed and edited accross 5 different computer devices simultaneously?

 

I don't have that issue.
