Time Limit to complete Form

Question

Hello,

I have a fillable form that I would like people to fill out but would like to restrict it that it automatically saves and closes after an hour of the form being opened. I would like it to also have a countdown on the top of the form saying how much longer they have to complete the form.

I don't mind using Javascript for this. I know some people know how to work around this but I believe my demographic of who is completing this form wouldn't be able to figure it out.

If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
