Today, 07/29/2016, all installations of Acrobat Pro stopped allowing edits

Question

We have multiple PC's (Windows 7 & 10), running both Acrobat Pro 9 and XI. Today, around noon, ALL of them have the editing functions (Cut, Copy, Delete) greyed out, except Paste.

This is regardless of the PC, Acrobat version, or document opened. Documents with NO security, that we were editing this morning with no problems, now have the editing functions disabled.

Does anyone know what's special about today at midday that would cause all our Adobe products to suddenly become crippled?

Some additional weirdness:On one machine (Win 10, Acrobat Pro XI), although Cut, Copy, Delete are greyed out from the EDIT dropdown menu, I CAN still delete using Ctl-Shift-D, or from the Page Thumbnails sidebar using the Trashcan Icon or Right-Click on the page.On another machine (WinXP, Acrobat Pro 9), although Cut, Copy, Delete are greyed out from the EDIT dropdown menu, and shortcut Ctl-Shift-D does not work, I CAN still delete using the Page Thumbnails sidebar using the Trashcan Icon or Right-Click on the page.And everything was working as always this morning. Very, very strange ...-Tulio
