Toolbar button changes color on clicking, Javascript

Hello all,

I want to write a folder-level JavaScript for Acrobat Pro which has a toolbar button which on clicking changes its color. I can add the toolbar button successfully but I cannot find the functionality to change the color on clicking in the documentation. How can I do this?

Any help would be appreciated.

      I asked it differently as if we can change some property of the button that changes its color rather than changing the whole button itself.
