Transfer Adobe Acrobat X1 Standard and Distiller to a new computer.

I need to transfer the licence for Adobe Acrobat X1 Standard and Distiller to a new computer.  I don't have the serial number used for the original install.  The person who made the purchase on behalf of the company has moved on.  I believe the purchase was made using a company credit card.

What do I need to do to proceed?

Cheers

Correct answer kglad

1. you need the serial number. to recover from a current installation:

windows: http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

mac:  https://mac-product-key-finder.com/

2. you need the installation file(s).

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
