Trial version DC blurred type opening earlier version.

Blurred type. I have a trial version of Acrobat DC on Surface 4. I opened a pdf created by Acrobat Pro X on Surface 3. The type is blurred and the print is the same. No problem on Acrobat Pro X on Surface 3. Is this a limitation of the trial version? I've tried everything. I like DC but not if this cannot be fixed. I need this for business. Please help. Thank you.

Hi -

How odd, although I suppose it makes sense in some ways as you had a printer driver issue, and part of Acrobat does serve as a printer.

Thanks for letting me know, and I'm glad I could help.

Hi -

There shouldn't be any difference in the display of Acrobat X vs. Acrobat DC. You mentioned you are using DC on Surface 4, and Acrobat X on Surface 3. What happens if you open in Acrobat X on Surface 4? I think the issue is more likely related to settings on Surface 4 than to the appearance of the text in Acrobat DC. That's not a precise answer, but should point you in the right direction.

Thank you. I don't have Acrobat X on my Surface 4. And, I have thousands of pdf documents and I receive many new ones by email from people with all different computers. If the DC can't open them clean and clear then I have to try another program. This can't be usual. I wondered if it is because I am using the trial version, but that doesn't make sense either. Hopefully there is an answer.

Thank you for your kind assistance.
