Trying to create multple pdf "booklets" from several hundred single-page pdfs

I need to dynamically merge about 200 different pdfs into about 500 different output combinations – all based on criteria in a spreadsheet that reads the input documents and pathways and writes (merged) output document names and pathways. Help!

That would require the development of a custom-made script that will read this input file and merge the PDF files based on it.
