Trying to remove commenter ID & can't find Redact tools (DC)

I have DC Standard 2015. Trying to remove author identification from markup/comments. Adobe's help says to go to "Tools", then "Redact", but I don't have a "Redact" toolset. All I see are Create, Edit, Export, Comment, Organize Pages, Enhance Scans, Protect (which doesn't seem to have what I want), Fill & Sign, and Prepare Form.

There are three different applications under the umbrella of Adobe Acrobat DC:

- The free Adobe Reader (which his now called Adobe Acrobat Reader DC)

- Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

- Adobe Acrobat Standard DC

There are no feature reduced builds, but new features are only added to the subscription versions of Acrobat DC, if you have a perpetual license, you will not get new features.

Redaction has always been a feature that was only available in Pro, and not in Standard.

Redaction is very much a high end feature found only in Acrobat Pro.

Not true. The help that I cited that makes reference to Redact menu is for Acrobat DC specifically.

I am wondering whether there are reduced builds out there, or if it's something like the Developer menu in Office where you have to do something to turn it on.
