Hello Erkan,

in my library I found this:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/system-requirements.html >>> Language versions  >>>  For Arabic and Hebrew, the application user interface is in English and Arabic/Hebrew right-to-left language support is enabled by default.

The following is written originally in German language:

Die Option „Rechts-nach-Links-Sprachoptionen“ aktivieren wird standardmäßig bei arabischen und hebräischen Ländereinstellungen aktiviert.

1.  Wählen Sie im Dialogfeld „Voreinstellungen“ unter „Kategorien“ „International“ aus.

2.  Aktivieren Sie die Option „Rechts-nach-Links-Sprachoptionen aktivieren“.

What means something like

The "to-left language options right" activate option is enabled by default in Arabic and Hebrew regional settings.

1.  Select in the dialog box "Preferences" the "Categories" "International".

2.  Activate the option 'Enable right-to-left language options".

As an an appropriate supplement see

Hello Erkan,

if we talk about Adobe Reader 11.0, so you can use the Multilingual (MUI) installer. Adobe has prepared these links:

Multilingual version for Windows >>> http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5507

Multilingual version for Mac OS >>> http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=10&platform=Macintosh
