Unable to accept user agreement of Acrobat (CS6)

I instaled CS6 master collection (after CS3 Design ST.), but I can't open Acrobat. I was asked for accept user agree., but I can't do this. It doesn't work: after clicking window with accept button back again and again and again the same window.

open another program in the suite, eg ps. accept the eula there.

retry opening acrobat x.

Thank you, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I have win 10 - maybe it's important?
