Are you trying to change the information in a form?

Which browser are you using - Google Chrome/Internet Explorer?

Try to open the Web page in another Web browser, fill in the information and check if you are able to save the changes made.

When I fill the details of my AMEX card in the for I get a response : "card

number not valid"

when I enter my new credit card details in the form I get a response that the AMEX credit card number is not valid

The auto response did not answer my question. Please either provide a link to the page which allows me to update my credit card info or provide specific instructions as to how to find the relevant page.

Could you please let me know if you are trying to update credit card info. for the purchase on Adobe's website or want to update credit card information on another website.
