Unable to convert a PDF into a word doc

HelloI just bought your software why does it keep telling me each time i try to covert a PDF into a word doc there is an error

There are two ways you can convert from PDF to Word:

- Using the Adobe Acrobat (Standard or Pro) software

- Using the ExportPDF online service

If you have Adobe Acrobat (not the free Adobe Reader), please answer the questions that were already posted, but if you are trying to use the online ExportPDF service, and you are using the interface that is built into the free Adobe Reader, you may want to try to upload your PDF file directly to the online service: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

In my experience, using a direct upload to the web service is much more reliable than using the interface in the free Adobe Reader.

Hi peterb24832433Could you please let me know the error you are getting when trying to convert a pdf?What is version of the Adobe Acrobat you are using?To check the version of Acrobat, launch Adobe Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>select About Adobe AcrobatWhich operating system do you have- Windows/Mac?
