Unable to create a new Preflight Droplet in Acrobat DC.

The"Create Preflight Droplet" appears in the drop down but I am unable to select it. It appears to be a  light grey and all the other options that I am able to select are black.

I am using a new Mac that I just purchased.

Hi David,

Thanks for your report.

Seems like you are invoking Options menu without any preflight profile selection.

Choose a preflight profile for which you want to create a droplet. Then choose "Create Preflight Droplet..." from the Options menu in the Preflight dialog box.
