Unable to create PDF when right clicking

Hi All,

One of our users has Adobe Acrobat XI Standard (Windows 7 Enterprise x64) and when she opens a document she can save as PDF (I think this is an office feature rather than Adobe as all our users have the same facility) however when she tries to right click on any document (Even one she has successfully converted by opening and save as) she gets the following error.
