I am having trouble with downloading Adobe off the internet because it keeps asking for a user name and password and nothing I enter works. What is the user name and password needed to download on a Mac computer?
Downloading is what you do to get a file from an Internet site to your computer... Installing is what you do to have install files put a program on your computer and link it to your operating system... what are you doing... downloading, or installing?
If you are actually installing, that is MOST LIKELY your computer operating system asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2139902
