Unable to export - The operation could not be completed

Hi Phil,

Sorry for inconvenience caused to you.

1.) When you say "Unable to perform any tasks", does it means unable to use Reader or unable to export any file using services in reader ?

2.) Does it happen only with some specific file?  if yes please provide sample file.

3.) Please specify exact step you followed and screenshot of the error(If possible).
