Unable to licenese Acrobat XI

I deactivated Acrobat XI Pro on my old computer, now I cannot license it since I only have my upgrade serial number, not the original serial number from X. I have an old Case # 0204423030 that addressed this when originally upgrading.. what do I do now?

Phone support doesn't work and chat support is not available (grayed out)

Hi toddg15814227 ,

Per the activation process for upgrade version products, it is mandatory to have previous qualifying version serial number with you. 

As one time exception, we have granted you a new full version serial number and is already registered in your account. You may use that serial number and it won't ask for previous version serial number anymore.

Also, your previously owned upgrade version serial number of Acrobat XI has been revoked.

Did you register your previous version? If so, its serial number should be accessible under your account.

If not, how do you expect Adobe to help you solve this issue?

As per my original post.. NO I do not have the previous version serial number (obviously I did not register it)

But also note that this problem was resolved for me in 2010. thus the reason I posted the case number.

I was hoping (not expecting) that the issue be solved the same way it was resolved before.

Since I am unable to get support via phone or chat, I have no choice but to go the forums route.

Phone support is not available for my product, I tried a few different options, but get nowhere.

I guess it is time to consider Nitro Pro since Adobe customer support is non-existent.
