Unable to open Adobe Acrobat as I have 2 Adobe ID's!??
Hi,
I purchased Adobe Acrobat for 1 month last Friday through my Adobe ID account which was fine, but when I download it it opens up in my wifes Adobe ID account which then tells me my Trial has Expired. Maybe if I remove/deactivate her account it will then open up in mine with the purchased 1 month or if there is another way please could someone tell me?? Also if I need to deactivate her account how do I do it as trying to get hold of anybody at Adobe is impossible, is there a Live Chat I could go on?
