unable to open PDFs

I am unable to open a PDF file in Acrobat DC Pro after exporting it.

What OS do you work on?

Where are you exporting from?

What happens when you click on the PDF?

Hi there,

I am working in OS X 10.9.5. I am exporting my PDFs out of Acrobat Pro DC. When I double click on the PDF, it won't open.

I began an online chat with someone at Adobe who was not able to help and is passing me on to someone else who might be able to.
