Unable to print from Mac OS X El Capitan

Unable to print PDF files on my mac please help me. I have upgraded my printer I have done everything. Is this because adobe wants me to purchase something? I should be able to print documents.

Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in this KB doc:  Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader .

Could you please confirm the dot version of Adobe application and Mac OS you are working on.

Do you get any error message when you try to print PDF?

The good news is that you at least got yours to work, up to the printing part. Incidentally, is the interactive worth the trouble of downloading it?
