HELP! I can't print recent PDF documents on my HP printer (I sent one to my wife and she could print it on her Samsung printer). To complicate matters, earleir PDFs can be printed with no problem. Windows 10 on a Dell PC. What's happening
with recent ones?
You might try the following steps:
1- Assuming you are trying to print pdf in Acrobat, try to disable Protected View- launch Acrobat>navigate to Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>select Off under Protected View and then click OK. Then, relaunch Acrobat and try to print.
2- If that doesn't work, try to perform the step given in this link: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader
Could you please let me know if you see any error message when trying to print pdf documents?
Which application you are using to print the document- Adobe Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?
