Unable to Print through "Adobe PDF" from a "Secured" PDF

Hi Guys,

        Firstly, we will set the password for the PDF with the setting below :

       Then, the documents will pass to the junior to proceed, when they try to print the documents through Adobe PDF for certain pages, unable to do so with error below:

Possible to advice any solution for this ?

(1)     Confirming prior response that if you print to the Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance, in fact it will fail. This is a feature built into Acrobat Distiller to prevent gratuitous removal of security on a PDF file.

(2)     There are very good reasons for securing financial documents. Simply stated, an unsecured receipt or financial document can be too easily modified for criminal purposes. For example, a non-profit I was working with was scammed out of quite a bit of funds by a staff member who modified the incoming credit card invoices in PDF format to mask embezzling of funds. This protection has its inconveniences, but at least you don't need to worry about the integrity of the contents.

This is expected (and desired) behavior. If someone could just print the file to a new PDF copy without any security limitations, they would be useless.

I see no reason by someone sending you a receipt, in this case for a car payment, should send it in a secured format. You can get many more important things without this issue. It's ---- annoying. Never had this issue with the prior company.

With that I agree... Complain to them and ask them for a non-secured version.
