Unable to rotate 90 degrees in Android Acrobat

I'm a grad student and my professor puts all of the assigned readings on his website, but many of the documents are scanned sideways. in the desktop version of Chrome and in Acrobat I can rotate the files, but not in the Android version of Acrobat. This is a simple feature and I am begging Adobe to include it in future updates.
