Question

Unable to select Advanced Print Settings

I'm using Acrobat Pro X. As a business practice, we create PDF files from InDesign documents without including any marks as this is sent to our clients for sign-off. For internal QC purposes we want marks and file name included. When trying to print the PDF file , we used to be able to include these from the Advanced Print Settings but all these options are now greyed out. I've tried a bunch of different scenarios found on the wen including reinstalling the application but nothing seems to work. This feature worked as expected a couple weeks back and is happening on multiple computers. Any ideas from the forum would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I suspect somone has changed the printer driver so it is no longer PostScript. That disables a lot of print-related features.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I've already confirmed that all print devices are using the correct (PS) drivers.
