Unable to sign pdf

Question

I cannot sign PDF. Its greyed out! HELP , checked security settings and there are non and Signing is Allowed. So why can i not sign or why can i not enter any text? HELPPPPPP

Hi kirstyh50451920Could you please let me know the application you are using to sign the document- Adobe Reader/ Acrobat?Have you tried signing other pdf documents? What is the version of the application?To check the version, launch Reader/Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>click About Adobe Acrobat.....Would it be possible for you to share the screenshot with us?
