I'm running Windows 10. When I click on check for updates now, a, Adobe Update Manager window opens that asks me for permission for the program to continue. After I give it permission, nothing happens. Help!
We are amazed that you even got Acrobat 7 to install at all on Windows 10.
Acrobat 7 is not fully compatible with any version of Windows beyond Windows XP! You need to upgrade to Acrobat DC for full Windows 10 compatibility as well as compatibility with any reasonably modern day version of Microsoft Office.
