Uninstalled Acrobat 9 Pro, attempting to re-install, say serial number invalid.

Updated computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  Adobe Acrobat not working.  Uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and attempted to re-install.  Say my serial number is not valid.  How do I talk to someone at adobe as they reserialized my Acrobat, I have two serial numbers and neither work.

Would like to inform you that Acrobat 9 is not compatible with windows 10 .
