Hi kaylenej31966450 ,

Try to run Acrobat X in Compatibility mode. Locate Acrobat shortcut>right click>Properties>Compatibility>check the box Run this program in compatibility mode for>select Windows7 from the list>Apply.

If running Acrobat X in compatibility mode doesn't fix the issue, try to reinstall Acrobat, Run Cleaner tool from here :Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and then reinstall Acrobat.

It may or may not work as Acrobat X is not tested on Windows 10 yet.

Please refer to this link:https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/system-requirements-acrobat-family-products.html#main__Adobe_Acrobat_X_Standard__Pro__Suite%20(10)

Thank You!

I appreciate your response. Since my initial post, I also learned that if I open a website using IE instead of Microsoft Edge, my document will print / save using my .pdf printer option. Thank you.
