Updating the name displayed when adding comments to a PDF

How do I update the name displayed when applying comments or highlights to a PDF?

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud Free Membership and when I add comments or highlights the name that appears in the panel needs to be updated, it is displaying a network userID from a previous company I used to work at and not either my name or at the very least my email address.

I have gone through the Preferences and cannot find any setting which controls this so am at a loss as to how to change it.

Any help is appreciated.
