You have to sign in with your Adobe ID on that page and then select the product from the list provided below.

Click on "Still need help?Contact us"  at bottom and then select chat or phone option below.

Hello meenakshin,

I have the very same question as Ivan Vivas. Tried to follow your instructions to contact customer care, but it says that contact by telephone was not available and I was referred back to this forum - so here I am (back):

I own a license CS6 Design & Web Premium which contains Acrobat Pro (X). Now I bought a new Notebook running on macOS Sierra and I would like to upgrade to Acrobat DC on this machine. Can I upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (full version, not the subscription plan)  using my CS6 serial number ?
